COVID-19: We Are Prepared
As the COVID-19 situation continues to change, we’re taking action to better serve you.
We remain open during this Covid-19 pandemic lock down, being an essential service. Most of our office staff work from home. Our office hours are the same but as always we are not open to visitors. We encourage our customers to call us in advance and not just drop in. We sanitize our office regularly. Our staff wear masks and gloves and we have disinfectant wipes, sprays and hand sanitizers available in our trucks and office.
Our technicians don’t come to office and all of our communications are done digitally or by telephone. They have been staying at home under isolation and they only go out for jobs. They have their own trucks and keep them sanitized. We only go to customer’s locations that are safe. We ask when they first contact us and also when our staff arrive at the job sight. All our techs wear cloves and masks and sanitize themselves before arriving at the job sight. They follow physical distancing rules.
