We offer all forms of financing to our customers to assist them is purchasing the HVAC system that gives them the most savings and best comfort.  We are going through some difficult times and we may not have the required fund to upgrade our Heating & Cooling system at this time.  On the other hand your system might be old, inefficient and not giving you the comfort you require.  Getting help financially in this case will be to your benefit, you will get the system that gives you the best comfort and you pay most of your monthly payments from the savings on your utility costs. 

There are several forms of financing available for home owners:

1. Differed Payments:  In this form the loan payback is differed for the duration.    Differed payment periods are available for 3, 6, 9 and 12 months.  Customer will make one payment for the total amount at the end of the period.
2. Monthly Payments: In this form the loans are paid back monthly.  Duration of this type could be from 2 to 15 years depending on the amount of loan.  Interest Rates start from 7%.  Monthly payments are in the form of preauthorized payment from your bank account. 
3. Combination of Differed and Monthly:  In this case monthly payments starts from the end of the differed period.
