Comfort Control

Using mini-split ductless air conditioners and a heat pump system allows each room to use an individual indoor air-handler to be controlled independently from any room in the house. This enables you to use your smart remote controller to set the comfort control in each room of your home.

Energy Efficient

Ductless air conditioners and heat pump systems offer homeowners a more efficient way to heat and cool their house with no ductwork. A ductless air conditioner and heat pump unit is the best option for homeowners who want the comfort and convenience of central air conditioning in a house that doesn’t have a ductwork system.

Easy to Install

When a house doesn’t have an existing ductwork system to distribute conditioned air, it can be expensive and problematic to install a conventional central air conditioning system. In the past, homeowners would have to make do with portable room air conditioners or deal with the difficulty and expense of trying to conceal newly installed ductwork.

  • What to do during an emergency?

Unfortunately, emergencies can occur at any time, and in most circumstances, you won’t have known the dangers involved. The first thing to be aware of when it comes to your gas furnace and other gas appliances around your home or business is to notice if you smell gas. It is also vital for you to alert others nearby and gather any pets to ensure they are evacuated and are safe from the gas fumes, fire, and explosion risk.

In the Greater Toronto Area, call the Enbridge 24 hour emergency lines at 1-866-SMEL-GAS (1-866-763-5427). This free emergency service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If your Carbon Monoxide alarms go off, leave the house immediately and call 911 from a safe location.

  • How does a ductless heating and cooling system work?

Ductless air conditioners and heat pump systems have four components. The condensing unit that is located outside the building, the indoor unit refrigerant lines that connect the outdoor unit to the indoor unit, and a hand-held wireless remote or wall monitor.

Mitsubishi Electric systems use the two small refrigerant lines plus power and control wiring to connect an outdoor unit to each individual air handler. The indoor unit can be wall-mounted, suspended from the ceiling, or mounted in the ceiling. This allows for easy installation in new construction and causes minimal disruption if you are renovating your current home due to hotspots.
